The Autistic Workshop LLC 

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, places around our area were shut down and businesses were closing their doors every day.  It was hard to find a safe place to work and the mass panic of outbreak was just starting so Alex wanted to figure out a way to work from home, where he knew he would be in a safe environment away from public exposure. So, we sat down and came up with a list of home craft goods that we could learn to make from home and try to sell online. This is where the Autistic workshop began, we looked at the most popular crafted items such as Candles, Soaps, Perfumes, Silk screen printing, 3d printing and Laser Engraving. As we learned how to do each of these crafting skills, Alex suggested that we should teach other people who have disabilities and may face issues working in a large work environment how to do these things as well. In January 2024 we took a step forward and created “The Autistic Workshop LLC” so that we could start selling our home crafted items to the public. The next part is to raise enough funds to buy a house with a workshop so that we can start training our crafting skills to those young teens and adults who deal with the same issues that Alex did.
